First of all, remove all the hair that's stuck in the brush. Don't worry about any residue that's left, we'll take care of it in a later step.
Now mix the detergent with water and let the Tangle Teezer swim in the mixture. Make sure it faces down, with the bristles being in the water.
The easiest part: Simply wait a few minutes. Let the detergent do the hard work while you take a little break!
Now take the Tangle Teezer out of the water, and thoroughly brush it with your dish brush. This will remove any leftover grime. Rinse it well after.
Lastly, to remove any water that might have gotten INTO the Tangle Teezer, shake it a few times (strongly!) over the bathtub.
Your Tangle Teezer should look brand new at this point! All clean and sparkly! Super easy, wasn't it?
